Pioneering a Revolution in
OEC Testing

Purpose-built from the ground up, OxyDial’s OEC Test Instrument and SaaS ecosystem were designed to simplify, optimize, and enhance every capability and feature offered by other current OEC Testing devices.

Built to be Better

We strive to leverage the latest advances in hardware and software design to deliver an exceptional product – envisioning powerful, lightweight hardware integrated with fully-aligned cloud infrastructure and machine learning.

Built to do Good

OxyDial was created with a singular goal: to help people. We’re proud to keep that goal at the center of every part of our platform, because we know how important this work is to the researchers, patients, and caregivers that use it every day.

Current Limitations

OEC Instruments are widely used for anti-sickling drug design and trials. Despite the immense effort to find a treatment for the SCD, there have been no major breakthroughs or advancements in OEC blood testing instruments for more than 20 years. Current industry-standard devices have substantial medical limitations due to their size and complexity of operation.

Having dedicated my career to experimental biophysics, I know how difficult it is to make breakthroughs in the field of medical instrumentation.

As thousands of rocket scientists converted to human oriented applications, I have always dreamt of developing a solution that helps people worldwide. To design a critical application, develop an elegant technology, and build an efficient instrument integrated in a cloud network. Not just for me, but for all of our incredible team of researchers, engineers, and analysts. Sickle Cell Disease was the first molecular disease discovered more than a century ago, and my dream is to make a real contribution to curing it.

What Comes in the Box

The most advanced OEC Testing Instrument available - and it fits on a tabletop. The OxyDial platform provides an all-in-one solution for accurate, fast, and comprehensive testing anytime, anywhere.

Calibration-Free

We aim for the instrument to not require calibration or gas cylinders*

Linear Pressure

Our device is being designed so oxygen pressure drops linearly to ensure steady deoxygenation during testing*

Compact & Portable

Our goal is to make the total instrument footprint smaller than a standard mid-size computer tower*

Temperature Control

We plan for the instrument to support a wide range of temperature control between +/- 20mC*

Extensive Range

Intended measurement accuracy to capture and collect testing data down to 0.16 mmHg*

Independent MetHb

We aim to ensure accurate quality control with independent MetHb measurement*
